Paramore’s Hayley Williams thanks SB19’s Sejun for ‘stunning’ cover
Sejun of SB19 did an acoustic cover of “Turn It Off” by Paramore, and Hayley Williams thought it was “stunning.”
The Filipino singer-songwriter, whose real name is John Paulo Nase, uploaded his cover on Aug. 4 with a caption saying: “Alive in spite of me. Thank you for your music @yelyahwilliams.”
Hayley retweeted it a few days later, along with a short but sweet message for Sejun.
“This is a stunning cover. Thanks for sharing this with all of us,” she said.
The American singer also told Sejun he had a “beautiful voice” and that she “loved hearing someone sing these words back to me today.”
“Mighta needed it more than I care to admit,” Hayley added, ending her tweet with a heart emoji.
