Miss World Philippines is looking for candidates for its 2020-2021 edition
Miss World Philippines (MWP) is currently looking for candidates for its 2020-2021 pageant!
According to their announcement on Facebook, aspiring candidates must fulfill the following requirements:
- A Filipino Citizen
- Female, 16 to 28 years old
- Has never married nor borne children
- A person of good moral character, personality, wit, grace and poise.

Accepted applicants will have to compete for seven titles, now including Miss Supranational.
Meanwhile, MWP also announced that they will also be accepting applications for Mr. World Philippines should they fulfill the following requirements:
- Single
- Filipino Male, 18-29 years old
- At least 5'10 in height
- With the charm and personality of a true Filipino and excels in sports and fitness
The search is on for Pinoy men who will represent the country in the upcoming Mr. World and Mr. Supranational Pageants!...

Applicants will compete for the title of Mr. World Philippines and Mr. Supranational Philippines.
Interested applicants for both Miss and Mister World Philippines may send their applications to missworldphils@gmail.com or almercado.mwp@gmail.com.
Last week, MWP national director Arnold Vegafria announced that the country's Miss World pageant 2020 will be moved to 2021 amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Meanwhile, the 70th Miss World pageant will also be moved to next year although no host country has been announced yet. —Kaela Malig/MGP, GMA News
