Megan Fox is a gun-wielding badass in the trailer of 'Rogue'

Upcoming film "Rogue" just dropped its trailer, and it featured a really badass Megan Fox for a change.

The "Transformers" star now takes the role of battle-hardened mercenary Samantha O'Hara who gets stranded in Africa with her band of soldiers.

The squad has to survive as killer lions pick them out one by one.

Directed by M.J. Bassett directed, "Rogue" will be released on digital and on demand on August 28.

Fox is famous for her role as Mikaela Banes in the first two "Transformer" films. Amid a falling out with director Michael Bay, she did not return to star in the popular film franchise.
