Smokey Mountain celebrates 30th anniversary through online concert with Ryan Cayabyab

After performing last month for Bayanihan Musikahan, ’90s group Smokey Mountain is back with another online concert, this time to celebrate their 30th anniversary.

Joining them is no other than their founder, National Artist for Music Ryan Cayabyab.

Smokey Mountain includes pioneers Geneva Cruz, Jeffrey Hidalgo, Tony Lambino, and later batch’s Anna Fegi and Shar Silonga Kaylor, among other members.

Expected to be featured tonight are the group’s biggest hits “Da Coconut Nut,” “Paraiso,” “Kailan,” “Better World,” and so much more.

The online session aims to raise funds for Donsol, Sorsogon, where tourism and livelihood have been badly affected due to the pandemic. – RC, GMA News
