An all-new Pokémon Snap is coming to Nintendo Switch

Remember the Nintendo 64 game Pokémon Snap?

A fresh new take on the classic game is coming to Nintendo Switch!

Nintendo and The Pokémon Company have unveiled the "New Pokémon Snap," much to fans' delight.

In the new game, trainers will be able to explore the beautiful islands that serve as the home of Pokémons, and as the name suggests, take photos of the adorable creatures in their own paradise.

Gamers get to explore deserts, jungles, and beaches, and according to the website, "discover never-before-seen Pokemon expressions and behaviors."

A release date is yet to be announced.

Pokémon Snap was first released on the Nintendo 64 in 1999.
