New K-Pop reality show ‘I-LAND’ teaser features IU, Rain, Zico, Big Hit CEO Bang Si-hyuk

A teaser has been released for new K-Pop reality show “I-LAND”!

The 30-second video features an excerpt from the theme song by IU, as well as appearances by mentors Rain and Zico, and show producer Bang Si-hyuk.

Bang Si-hyuk is the founder, chairman and CEO of Big Hit Entertainment, home to K-Pop giants BTS and rookie stars TXT.

According to a report by Soompi on Wednesday, “I-LAND” is an “observation reality show that follows the creation process of next-generation K-Pop artists.”

The show is the first project of BELIF+, a joint venture by CJ ENM and Big Hit Entertainment.

The theme song “Into the I-LAND” will be out on music sites June 19, 6 p.m. KST (5 p.m. in the Philippines), while “I-LAND” will premiere June 26, 11 p.m. KST (10 p.m. in the Philippines). – RC, GMA News
