Nickelodeon's Pride Month tweet hints SpongeBob is part of the LGBTQ+ community
To celebrate Pride Month, Nickelodeon posted photos of their famous cartoon characters, who are members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Nickelodeon's tweet hinted that SpongeBob Squarepants might be part of the community — or at least an ally.

Aside from SpongeBob, other characters featured in the Pride Month tweet are Korra from "Avatar: Legend of Korra," and Schwoz Schwartz from Henry Danger.
"Celebrating #Pride with the LGBTQ+ community and their allies this month and every month," Nickelodeon wrote on Twitter.
In the photos they shared, all three characters were donning rainbow ensembles to commemorate and symbolize the community.
