As for your other request: As a general rule (which you may break), your characters must want something that allows the plot to move forward, but they also must have something that drives them internally.

At the very least, this keeps things from being static. The better you are at balancing the two, the easier it becomes to get the audience invested. Plus, I prefer to have the beginning and ending of a story set before I start writing so I'll always know where I'm headed.

He also highlighted the role played by Menggie Cobarrubias, who passed away on Thursday morning due to pneumonia while awaiting his test result for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
"Cheers to you, Sir Menggie. Thank you for everything. May you rest in peace," Tarog said.
Bit of trivia for those reading the Sana Dati script: Scene 90, the character of the judge was played by Menggie Cobarrubias, who recently passed away due to COVID-19. Cheers to you, Sir Menggie. Thank you for everything. May you rest in peace. pic.twitter.com/aR2UXQoMQQ
