'The Haunting of Bly Manor' has finished filming and it's set to launch this 2020

It's a wrap for the cast and crew of "The Haunting of Bly Manor" as they finish filming the much awaited second season of "The Haunting of Hill House."

Renowned American horror film director Mike Flanagan announced the development on Twitter and congratulated the "familiar people" who joined him in this project.

"That’s a wrap on THE HAUNTING OF BLY MANOR," Flanagan wrote. "Congratulations to the cast and crew, the familiar faces and the new, and congratulations to the filmmakers who came on board to make this season their own."

Netflix US replied to Flanagan's tweet and wrote, "can't WAIT for the world to feast their eyes on the magic you've been making, mike!"

Last year, on "The Haunting of Hill House" Facebook page, they announced that "The Haunting of Bly Manor" will be coming this year.

"You guessed it. The HAUNTING OF BLY MANOR, a new chapter in the Haunting series based on the works of Henry James, is coming in 2020," they said.

"The Haunting of Bly Manor" will be adapted from Henry James' classic gothic literature novella "The Turn of the Screw," reports say.

It will feature the same cast from Netflix's hit horror series "The Haunting of Hill House," but won't be a direct sequel.
