'Ang Pinaka' host Rovilson Fernandez renews contract with GMA-7
"Ang Pinaka" host Rovilson Fernandez on Friday renewed his contract with GMA-7 after 13 years of working with the network.
Despite being the face of one of GMA News' long-running and award-winning lifestyle programs, Fernandez said he has his "Ang Pinaka" team to thank for.

"That's the genius of our writers and production team. They still keep it fresh. We literally air a brand new episode every week for 52 weeks [each year] for the last 14 years. Rarely have we had a repeat episode. That's kudos to them for always reinventing the show," the host said.
Present during the contract signing were GMA Chairman and CEO Atty. Felipe L. Gozon, Senior Vice President for News and Public Affairs Marissa L. Flores, and Senior Assistant Vice President for Public Affairs Neil Gumban.
"Ang kailangan sa 'Ang Pinaka' ang pinaka din ang magho-host," Gozon said. "Si Rovilson ay isa sa mga pinaka-popular at magaling na host kaya tayo ay natutuwa na pinili na naman niya tayo para ipagpatuloy ang pag-host niya sa 'Ang Pinaka'."
Just on Thursday, "Ang Pinaka" show received the Alta Media Icon Awards for the Best Lifestyle Program.
Featuring the top 10 list of almost any topic under the sun, "Ang Pinaka" airs every Sunday night on GMA News TV. —KBK, GMA News
