‘Goyo’ gets a September 5 opening date, releases new teaser video

The follow-up to the critical and box office hit "Heneral Luna" has an official release date: September 5, 2018.

"GOYO: Ang Batang Heneral" picks up where the events of the last film left off and the battle for freedom continues, even as in-fighting complicates their quest.

Epy Quizon and Mon Confiado reprising their roles as Apolinario Mabini and Pres. Emilio Aguinaldo, joined now by Paulo Avelino in the titular role.

Also joining the cast are Gwen Zamora, Carlo Aquino, Aaron Villaflor, Alvin Anson, and Empress Schuck.
