This book fair has over 2 million books and will be open for 231 hours non-stop
Is "reading more books" in your list of resolutions for the year? Because you might be interested in this: The Big Bad Wolf Book Sale is coming to Manila, yo!
Happening at the World trade Center from February 16 to 25, the Big Bad Wolf Book Sale will carry over 2 million brand new English books across genres — and at discounted rates, too. According to the press statement, discounts will range from 60 to 80 percent.
Unlike other book fairs, the Big Bad Wolf Book Sale will be open 24 hours — that 231 hours for the duration of the fair, if anybody wants to hold a marathon.
As such, it's been touted the world's biggest. Founded in Malaysia the Big Bad Wolf Book Sale was established by BookXcess founders Andrew Yap and Jacqueline Ng in 2009 with the aim of encouraging people to discover the joys of reading. It's traveled to Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and Thailand.
