Iya Villania returns to working out a month after giving birth to baby No. 5

Iya Villania is back to working out a month after giving birth to her fifth child, Anya Love.

On Instagram Wednesday, the Kapuso host shared a video of her doing various exercises in the gym with her friend, singer-musician Hannah Romawac.

According to Iya, she would hurry to get back to her pre-pregnancy body in the past, but she has learned to be patient with her progress five kids later.

"Thank you, Lord. Yes, I am working out – not to get back to what it was – but simply because it makes me feel good (only AFTER the workout). The endorphins, the energy, the friends and chika... Plus who doesn’t feel good about being able to reap the benefits of the work that they put in?" she wrote.

Iya added that many parts of her body still feel "fluffy," but she's fine with this, adding that building strength is her target.

"I honestly don’t know how much of the fluff I’ll be able to get rid of this time around but I’m just happy to be back on the road to gaining strength again," she said. "Strength is the goal, fat loss is the bonus and chika is the priority."

Iya and husband Drew Arellano welcomed Anya Love on February 11, 2025.

The celebrity couple announced they were again expecting in September 2024. Last November, Iya shared that the pregnancy was not planned.

Iya and Drew tied the knot in 2014. They have four other children: Primo, Leon, Alana, and Astro.
