Gabbi Garcia focused on fitness journey after experiencing hormonal imbalance

Gabbi Garcia remains focused on her fitness and health after she experienced having hormonal issues last year.
In Lhar Santiago's report on "24 Oras" Monday, the Kapuso It Girl shared she had to work out and monitor her diet due to her health issue.
"Last year I started having problems with my hormones. I had hormonal imbalances, so kinailangan ko talagang mag-work out and I had to really monitor what I eat," she said.
"I had to take supplements, I had to really watch my diet also kasi you know naman in our line of job kailangan lagi kang healthy."
The Sparkle star is set to host the upcoming "Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition" alongside fellow Kapuso host Mavy Legaspi and Kapamilya hosts Bianca Gonzalez, Robi Domingo, Kim Chiu, Melai Cantiveros, Enchong Dee, and Alexa Ilacad.
Per Gabbi, she is doing her own research for the upcoming show and none other than the King of Talk Boy Abunda is helping her review.
"I'm doing my own research also and Tito Boy actually called me last night congratulating me and letting me know na we have to work on something once I get the materials from PBB so we can start reviewing, we can start assessing where I am," she said.
"Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition" will air on GMA for the first time on March 9.
Aside from the reality show, Gabbi is also part of "Slay," GMA's first-ever Viu Original, which premiered on the streaming platform on Monday.
The series, which will also premiere on GMA soon, stars Gabbi, Julie Anne San Jose, Mikee Quintos, Ysabel Ortega, and Derrick Monasterio.
She will likewise reprise her role as Sang'gre Alena in the upcoming GMA series, "Sang'gre."
"Excited ako kasi magkakasama ulit kami, para siyang 2016 all over again and abangan nila kung ano 'yung ma-i-o-offer ng mga bagong Sang'gre ngayon," she said.
"Sang'gre" will be topbilled by Angel Guardian, Bianca Umali, Faith Da Silva, and Kelvin Miranda as the new keepers of the brilyante.
