Ruru Madrid proud of parents for joining him at the gym, emphasizes importance of health

Ruru Madrid on Saturday shared that he managed to convince his parents to work out at the gym with him.

On Instagram, the Kapuso Primetime Action Hero posted an Instagram Reel of their gym session, in which his parents Bong and Jackie, and his uncle Bon, did various workouts. According to the actor, it was his way of telling his family to care for their health.

Ruru said he was proud of his family, then thanked their coaches and his girlfriend, Bianca Umali.

He also called on his sisters Rere and Rara to join their workouts.

Ruru most recently starred in the action-packed series “Black Rider.” He is back as Ybrahim on the “Encantadia” spin-off series, “Sang’gre.”

Ruru is also part of the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry “Green Bones,” alongside Dennis Trillo and Kylie Padilla.
