Arnold Clavio returns to 'Unang Hirit' after hemorrhagic stroke
Arnold Clavio is now back on "Unang Hirit!"
The Kapuso broadcaster has finally returned to work after he suffered a hemorrhagic stroke on June 11.
Sitting in the studio along with fellow UH barkada Lyn Ching-Pascual, Shaira Diaz, Ivan Mayrina, Susan Enriquez, and Anjo Pertierra, Arnold shared an update on his health.
"Tuloy-tuloy 'yung ating rehabilitation," he said. "Wala pang balanse, may takot pa sa tayuan ng matagal, baka bumagsak."
Arnold said the recovery for his right side is still around 80 to 90%. He underwent occupational therapy to regain use of his right arm.
Asked what he learned from the incident, Arnold said he realized it's true that life is short and that wealth is health.
"Maiiba 'yung pananaw mo sa pagpapatawad, pagmamahal," he said. "Ang lahat ng makikita mo puro kabutihan ng kapwa," he said.
Arnold also thanked everyone for praying for him and said that he is vowing this second life to God.
Among those who sent him well-wishes for his recovery were Rhea Santos, Carla Abellana, and Alden Richards.
"Unang Hirit" airs Mondays to Fridays at 5:30 a.m.
