Kris Aquino has shared another health update to her followers as she continues to battle multiple autoimmune conditions.

On Instagram, Kris posted a video of her drinking a green juice composed of cucumber, spinach, and apple prepared by her youngest son Bimby.

In the caption, the multimedia personality said there were abnormalities in her blood panel.

"My hemoglobin hit an all time low, my sodium was as always low, but my potassium also dropped. If I want to get healthier it starts with my nutrition," she said.

According to Kris, her Churg-Strauss syndrome, which affects her blood vessels, can cause damage to several organs.

"My lungs have already shown some minor damage, but my now heart is showing signs of exhaustion— just to pump blood that lacks nutrients all over my body, kailangan mag-overcompensate," she said.

Kris said her doctor explained that her symptoms—elevated heart rate after taking a shower, constant dizzy spells, and headache—are serving her a warning about her condition.

"Unless I start trying to eat real food and not rely on milk alone, I could be among the seven out of 10 patients with Churg-Strauss who attribute their death to heart failure," she said.

"Bawal ang unnecessary stress. Let's please continue praying for one another."

Kris has been in the United States for over one year now to seek treatment for her autoimmune conditions, which are already threatening her life.

She has been sharing her health journey on Instagram and asking for prayers from her fans.

Kris recently broke up with Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste to focus on her treatment and "lessen the stressors" in her life.
