Filipino-owned nail & lash salon opens first international branch in the US

Homegrown beauty and wellness brand New Lounge is going international as they expand to Los Angeles, California.

The brand hasn't announced the exact location of its LA branch, but regular customers, including Kapuso star and international fashion icon Heart Evangelista, have already expressed their excitement.

On Instagram, Heart dedicated a post to New Lounge's international expansion saying, "When Filipina beauty goes global, I'm all ears."

"Have you heard that [New Lounge] is finally arriving in the dreamy place of Los Angeles, California?" she added.

"I'm wondering where exactly in LA, though. Can't wait to find out and visit!" She said.
