Chesca Kramer and daughter Kendra bond over Pilates

Chesca Kramer and her firstborn Kendra have a new mother-and-daughter bonding activity: Pilates.
Posting photos from her workout session with her friends and her dalaga, the 43-year-old actres’said that her daughter joined her in a Pilates session for the very first time.
“Had a blast with you Kendra during our first workout together! So glad to see you enjoyed it and embraced my kind of fitness,” Chesca said in her caption, tagging Kendra.
“Bonding with you today was my [day's] highlight,” she added.
In the comments section, Chesca commended her young lady for being determined.
“You did incredibly well, baby! You didn't give up, even when it got more challenging. And the best part? You're excited to do it all over again. Yey!” she said.
Pilates is a kind of exercise that aims to strengthen your core. According to Cleveland Clinic, it was designed by Joseph Pilates, it was primarily aimed at dancers recovering from injury.
Chesca and Doug Kramer have been married since 2008. They have three children, Kendra, Scarlett, and Gavin.
In June, Team Kramer went on a European trip and explored London's Borough Market, the Tower of London, and the Tower Bridge.
Kendra recently finished grade 8 and received her first car.
