At 47, Geneva Cruz says: ‘I love aging’

Geneva Cruz is indeed aging like a fine wine!

On Friday’s “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” Geneva talked about the reason why she loves being 47 years old.

“Very grateful ako sa lahat ng mga bagay kahit nung panahon na sobrang laki ko, sobrang laki namin, then nag-solo ako, sobrang laki ko. Then, alam mo yung nag-relax na yung buhay, nag-asawa nang dalawang beses,” she recalled.

Geneva continued, “And then, I realized na itong mga dinaanan kong mga bagay na maliliit na masakit, or malaki na masakit, it actually made me stronger and a better woman.”

“That’s why I love being 47 years old, I love aging,” she added.

Geneva affirmed that aging is not a bad thing and that it is “a wonderful thing. And I’m glad that I am my age, I feel good.”

Geneva, known for her hits like "Anak ng Pasig" and "Kailan," inspired netizens with her ageless beauty and fit physique.

A vocal advocate of body positivity, she motivated her fellow women to wear a bikini regardless of their body type, weight, and age.
