Pauline Amelinckx learned to love swimsuit segments and 'learned to love my body more too'
Pauline Amelinckx was a stunner at the Miss Universe Philippines swimsuit segment, and there’s actually an empowering reason behind that glow.
The beauty queen from Bohol said that she has learned to love this portion of the pageant, “and [I] think [that’s] cos I've learned to love my body more too.”
Pauline gave her followers an important reminder about self-love.
“Just passing by with a sweet reminder and realization that self-love is not an end-goal but a life long journey with its own ups and downs, and ever changing perspectives about ourselves,” she said.
She added, “and as we go through all those changes and challenges, we need to remind ourselves that we are WORTH it[.]”
Fans in the comments section thanked Pauline for the empowering words and also shared their own self-love journeys.
Pauline once again joined Miss Universe Philippines this year after being named Miss Universe Philippines Charity in 2022.
She was crowned Miss Supranational Philippines and is set to compete in the international pageant on July 14.
