How does Ina Raymundo maintain her fit figure? 'Self love, baby!'


Ina Raymundo recently made a statement when she walked down the runway of this year's Bench Fashion Show.

In an interview with PEP.ph, the actress said she's proud to "represent the '90s people" and the "middle-agers."

At the age of 47 and with five grown kids, how does Ina do it?

"Self-love, baby!" she told PEP.

"I try to eat healthy, and I work out regularly so I really take care of myself," she added.

According to the report, Ina is consistent about her workout sessions, which consists of both cardio and strength training.

She works out five times a week, sometimes more.

"I do cardio like, I do Zumba. I dance and I do elliptical. I walk a lot," she said.

"And I lift weights. So alam mo yun talagang my goal is to have, like, really strong body, strong arms. So I lift weights, and I eat well," she added.

Ina also said she doesn't eat fried foods and avoids salty and sugary foods.

This doesn't mean she doesn't have cheat days — every once in a while, she indulges her cravings like chips and cake.

"Pero five days a week, I eat very clean and I drink healthy, like, I drink a lot of water, I drink the right kind of milk."

During the Bench Fashion Week in March, Ina showed off her toned body as she modeled a black swimsuit with a cut-out in the middle. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
