Geneva Cruz reminds fellow women that it's 'never too late to become stronger and healthier'

On Women’s Month, Geneva Cruz took to Instagram to remind her fellow women that it's never too late to bring out the best version of themselves.

On Instagram, the singer and actress shared a throwback video of her working out with her then-newborn London.

“I gained 65 pounds with my daughter [London] (I was 180),” Geneva said in the caption.

“Though I was careful in losing the extra pounds because I was breastfeeding and was thirty-eight, I asked my son Heaven to coach my training and watched what I ate,” she added.

In the process, Geneva said she lost 20 pounds in about two months and lost more weight in the months after.

“My focus before was on staying thin, but I was weak,” she said. “My focus is on strength and muscle building, and I am stronger now than in my 20s and 30s.”

Geneva ended her post with words of encouragement to her fellow women.

“I want to let my fellow women know that it is never too late to become stronger and healthier,” she said.

“All you need to do is START and believe it is POSSIBLE,” she added.

Geneva has two children, Heaven and London.
