Kris Aquino remains positive despite 'scary red flag' in latest lab results
Kris Aquino has shared an update on her health ahead of her 52nd birthday on Valentine's Day.
On Instagram, Monday, Kris thanked everyone who is praying for her as she battles multiple autoimmune conditions in the United States.
She talked about her latest lab results and tried to maintain a positive outlook despite a concerning finding.
"I promised myself after reading my latest results that had 1 unexpected & admittedly scary red flag (not autoimmune related) after iniyak ko na, tama na," she said.
"If ever that borderline number signals early detection, I am still blessed... in faith I surrender all to God."
Kris also shared that she found a temporary home near the beach for her and her sons. The place is far away from her doctors and hospitals, so she said it's still not their permanent base as she seeks treatment.
She is, however, grateful to the many people supporting her, Josh, and Bimby.
"Sa dami nyong nagdarasal for me, kung umabot na kailangan ng mas aggressive na treatment (at a higher dosage it's considered chemotherapy) imposibleng hindi tayo pagbibigyan ng ating Mahal na Ama," she said.
Kris recently shared that she found a new doctor who has given her renewed hope that she can get better. She was also well enough to visit Disneyland with her sons to fulfill her promise to Josh.
