Ina Raymundo shares tips on how to achieve ageless beauty
Ina Raymundo has been known for her ageless beauty at 47 years old.
In an episode of "Surprise Guest With Pia Arcangel," the actress shared some tips on how to remain youthful and fresh even as we advance in age.
First, Ina maintains her figure by working out regularly. She owns a treadmill and an elliptical machine at home.
"It's a lifestyle for me to work out five times a week. For years and years na 'yun that I don't even post about it anymore because it's part of my life na alam mo 'yun, no big deal anymore," she said.
Sometimes she even adds a second workout, especially when she consumes extra calories.
"Pagka halimbawa naparami ang kain ko, maglalakad ako after dinner ng isang oras, habang nanonood ako ng TV show. 'Yun lang," she said.
She also eats healthy meals, but not to the point of denying herself the food that she enjoys.
"I try to eat clean food from Monday to Thursday or Sunday to Wednesday pero Thursday, Friday, Saturday 'yan na medyo cheat day na, I don't deprive myself," she said.
As for her skincare routine, she uses serums and moisturizes every morning and evening.
More importantly, she uses filtered water to wash her face, instead of tap water.
"Puro chemicals ang tap water. May mga metals 'yan, basta it has to be purified water which is not a lot, di 'ba mayroon kang disepenser, you just kept on it and put it in a bottle spray," she added.
Ina previously said that part of her secret to her youthful glow is probably genetics, as both her parents are still fresh in their advanced age.
No doubt her healthy habits are also a huge factor, however, as Ina looks as beautiful as ever as a mom of five.
