New photos of Kris Aquino show she’s gaining weight
Fans are rejoicing after seeing that Kris Aquino has been gaining weight during her recovery.
In the photos shared by Batangas Vice Gov. Mark Leviste on Instagram Tuesday, Kris was seen smiling and bonding with her longtime friend.
Apart from eating and checking her phone, Kris was also seen posing for some photos with Mark, and her sons Bimby and Josh.
“Spending the first day of the year with the queen,” Mark wrote in the caption.
The post has been showered with over a hundred comments from fans saying Kris looks “a bit better now.” Others, meanwhile, simply expressed more of their hope to see her recovering.
“So happy to see Ms. Kris looking so much better now. We’re praying always for your complete healing and recovery. Praise the Lord for the well-being of your family,” one wrote.
“She looks great! So happy to see her again, looking healthy and improving,” another fan wrote.
Talent manager Ogie Diaz, meanwhile, also took to Facebook to happily highlight that “Kris is gaining weight!”
On Christmas Eve, Kris dedicated a post to thank everyone who has been showering her with support even when they are “an ocean apart.”
Kris is currently in the US to seek treatment for her multiple autoimmune diseases. In her latest update, she said she was back to square 1 on what seems to be “more than 18 months of diagnosis [and] treatment." — LA, GMA Integrated News
