Derek Ramsay gets hyper realistic scalp tattoo

Derek Ramsay is looking cool with his new hyper realistic scalp tattoo.

On Instagram, hair replacement service MANScalp shared how Derek’s hairline was given a refresh. 

In the before-and-after photos, Derek’s hairline was seen looking fuller, with just a bit more hair after the procedure.

MANScalp said this is their “signature approach to SMP or Scalp Micropigmentation,” which is “form of tattoo to give the appearance of short hair stubbles after buzzing down or shaving.”

In the comments, Derek gladly said he is “so happy with the results.”
