Here's Coleen Garcia's cool little trick to calm son Amari

If other babies need toys or screen time to stop their tantrums, Coleen Garcia and Billy Crawford’s son Amari only need flowers!

On Thursday, Coleen shared how her two-year-old son’s affinities with flowers put him in a good mood.

“I don’t know why, but he is obsessed with them!” Coleen began.

Sharing several photos of Amari holding different pieces of flowers during their recent trip to Paris, France, the mom said “they’re his comfort item and sometimes his cause of distress if we’re [unable] to stop and pick them."

According to Coleen, her son’s eyes are so sharp that even if they’re in a moving car, Amari can “spot them from very far away.”

“I always have baon na tiny fake flowers in my bag to calm him down or distract him whenever he’s in a bad mood, and it works 99% of the time,” she said.

Coleen also noted that Amari simply loves “to hold [flowers] and stare closely at them.”

In the latter part of her post, Coleen said that Amari gave her a different meaning to the saying, "stop and stare the flowers."
