This US cult-favorite skincare brand is now in the Philippines
Are you ready to get drunk in skincare, Manila?
US cult-favorite brand Drunk Elephant has officially arrived on our shores, and you may soon cop its extensive skincare line — ranging from cleansers, moisturizers, serums, and more — from its retail partners this October.
Known for its brand philosophy of eliminating the "suspicious 6," namely essential oils, drying alcohols, silicones, chemical sunscreens, fragrances or dyes, and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), Drunk Elephant promises only to use ingredients that "directly benefit the health of the skin" for its products.
The skincare brand claims that the "suspicious 6" is the "root cause of almost every skin issue," which is why eliminating them from any formulation would lead the skin to "reset and return to its healthiest, most balanced state."
In a statement, Drunk Elephant founder Tiffany Masterson said that she is "excited to be launching in the Philippines."
"The Drunk Elephant difference has been such a game changer for so many people, and I can't wait for the community in the Philippines to experience it for themselves," she added.
Drunk Elephant will be available at select Watsons and SM stores in October. —JCB, GMA News
