Alden Richards on his fitness journey: ‘Becoming my best self’

Alden Richards just shared an update on his fitness journey on Instagram.

On Wednesday, the Kapuso actor posted a photo of himself sweating and flexing his arms and shoulders at the gym.

"Becoming my best self," he wrote as caption.

The Asia's Multimedia Star occasionally updates his followers on his fitness journey to serve as a motivation that if he can do it, you can too!

To start the year right, in January 2022, Alden sent an important reminder that "discipline is key" when it came to having a toned and healthy body.

Alden was recently in New York to attend the premiere of "Stranger Things" season 4.
