Kris Aquino reveals she'll be gone for over a year for medical treatments

Commenting on Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez’s Instagram post, Kris Aquino revealed she would be leaving the country "in a few days" to focus on her health.

On Regine’s Instagram post Saturday, the Queen of All Media said she would be gone for more than a year as she seeks medical treatments.

“Mare sorry if my greeting is late- we leave in a few days and we’ll be gone for more than a year for my medical treatments,” Kris commented.

Kris also expressed her sincere gratitude to Regine’s husband Ogie Alcasid for consistently checking up on her.

“Medyo overwhelming. Thank you dumalaw si Jas & Darla and they told me sobrang consistent kayo ni Pare asking kung kamusta ako,” she added.

Kris has been diagnosed with erosive gastritis and gastric ulcer aside from her autoimmune disease.
