Even at eight months pregnant, the "Chikaminute" host shows no signs of stopping. Just check out another workout set she made herself to adjust to her growing baby bump.
Through an Instagram video posted on Wednesday, April 6, the soon-to-be mom of four shared three sets of both cardio and strength training movements such as shoulder press, walking lunge, and jabs and squat, among others.
“Changed up the original movements because [pregnant]," Iya wrote in the caption.
In the video, Iya was seen doing the last round of her AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) set.
"Happy hormones, happy day everyone!" Iya ended.
