Iya Villania shares workout routine, encourages fellow pregnant moms to keep moving

There's no stopping Iya Villania's fitness routine.

On Instagram, the supermom of three shared a video of her working out while five months pregnant.

Iya admitted that she is also human and sometimes she just wants to chill, but she does her best to stay on top of her game both for herself and her baby.

"Honestly, keeping fit throughout a pregnancy is a struggle for me because many times, I just want to let the couch take me in (yes, tao lang). So it's during pregnancy that I need the most motivation to keep on moving for the sake of my health and my baby's," she wrote.

She said she wants to be an inspiration to fellow women and help them also become motivated "to find happiness, strength and health in movement, pregnant or not."

"I know not every mama is lucky enough to be able to exercise during their pregnancy so I want to encourage those who still can," she said.

"It's good for both you and baby. Just be reasonable and don't do anything your body isn't used to. And if you need to rest, respect that too," she added.

With her fourth little bundle of joy coming in just a few months, Iya also sees working out as a way to be stronger just in time for the arrival of her new baby boy.

"Halfway there! Gotta keep on moving! Now is not the time to hit new personal records but it's also not a time to let myself go especially when I'll have [four] kids I'll be needing to keep up with," she said.

Iya and husband Drew Arellano, who tied the knot in 2014, announced they are expecting shortly after New Year. They have three children: Primo, Leon, and Alana.
