Dennis Trillo, Jennylyn Mercado tease vlog on their surrogacy journey

Dennis Trillo and Jennylyn Mercado are set to share a bit of their surrogacy journey this week.

On Instagram, the Kapuso actor shared a teaser of “The Surrogate,” where he and Jennylyn are at the hospital, undergoing a series of procedures. 

Footage of Jennylyn sleeping after a procedure was shown, with Dennis heard expressing her love for her in the background. They also shared an ultrasound where the eggs are “looking good” and growing.

After announcing they were expecting, Dennis and Jennylyn revealed they initially planned to have a surrogate for their baby. They were set to inject the embryo to the woman last October.

But then Jennylyn started to feel different. Her period was late, she got episodes of acid reflux, intense headaches, and kept on throwing up. As such, she knew that something was up.

Together with the pregnancy announcement last October 29, they revealed they were getting married.
