Angel Locsin's 94-year-old dad tests positive for COVID-19
Angel Locsin's 94-year-old father, Angelo Colmenares, has tested positive for COVID-19.
The actress shared the update on Instagram, Sunday, with a photo and short video of her dad being taken inside an ambulance.
"It's been a week of feeling helpless. Imagine having [COVID-19] at 94. Now imagine being blind in unfamiliar surroundings," she said.
"So many realizations during this pandemic. We all have our battles, but some definitely more than others. To the PWDs and everyone fighting their battles alone, kapit! This too shall pass," she added.
Angel's update has been showered with thousands of well wishes from fans and celebrities alike, including Camille Prats, Marian Rivera, Iya Villania, and Bea Alonzo.
"I'm praying for your family, Gel. Yakap," Bea wrote.
"Praying for your dad," Camille added.
