Wendell Ramos flexes fit, not so 43-year-old body to mark birthday

Wendell Ramos proves that age is just a number as he flexes his fit body to mark his 43rd birthday.

In a recent Instagram post, the actor shared topless photos of himself, showing his abs and arms. He was also holding a board that read: “New journey! Better late than never!”

“I like writing my goals, my motivations, inspirations, exercises and all in this white board,” he wrote, adding the hashtag #43 and his birthday Aug. 18.

“This has been with me for the longest time. It reminds me to grind daily, to keep moving forward and to tell myself it’s never too late,” he added.

Toward the end of his post, he thanked the Lord “for another year of existence.”

As of writing, his post has been showered with hundreds of fire emojis and appreciative messages.
