LIST: Home care services, telemedicine for COVID-19 patients
With hospitals already congested and overwhelmed with COVID-19 cases, more and more health care providers are offering home care and telemedicine services for suspected, probable, mild, and asymptomatic patients who might not need to go to the hospital.
Below are a few hospitals and health care providers that may be able to address your needs from home:
1. The Medical City
The Medical City partnered with Home Healthlink Innovations Inc. for a COVID-19 Home Care program, which aims to "ensure that patients suspected of or positive for COVID-19 are closely monitored, attended to, and guided on their health condition and recovery through a physician-supervised continuity of care at home."
Who can book:
- Suspected of or positive for COVID 19 who have mild, moderate symptoms
- Those who are awaiting test results
- Those who are completing self-isolation
Inclusions in the service:
- Home infection control
- Daily monitoring
- Video call with TMC Attending Physician
- Virtual Monitoring and Health Assessment by Healthlink physician and nurse
- Diagnostic Services
- COVID Laboratory panel
- Blood extraction Home Services*
- RT-PCR*
- Swabbing Home Services*
- *Available only in certain packages
Price:
- Program A (P13,000). A 3-day program recommended for patients who were received at TMC Emergency Department or other Emergency Department facilities, advised to do home isolation, and waiting for their COVID-19 RT-PCR result.
- Program B (P65,000). A 10-day program recommended for patients with positive RT-PCR results who need close monitoring, while completing their quarantine period. Program B is an extension of any of the 3-day programs (A or C). It includes COVID Laboratory Panel needed for monitoring the patient's status plus an onsite visit by a Healthlink Physician.
- Program C (P33,900). A 3-day program recommended for patients that are unable to visit the hospital but need the necessary assessment and baseline diagnosis to rule out COVID-19. It includes the home service COVID Laboratory Panel and RT-PCR test.

2. QualiMed
Who can book?
- Suspected COVID-19 positive patients who are mild symptomatic
- COVID-19 positive patients who are asymptomatic to mild asymptomatic
- COVID-19 positive patients who are Mild Symptomatic with controlled comorbidities and are non-oxygen requiring
Price and inclusions:
- Package 1: COVID SCREENING (P6,000). For patients who are suspect, as well as mild symptomatic. Package inclusions:
- RT-PCR Swab Test
- Chest X-Ray
- Consultation with a Doctor
- Package 2: COVID SUPPORT @HOME (P12,000). For patients who are COVID positive, asymptomatic to mild symptomatic. Package inclusions:
- Telemedicine consults with Internal Medicine or Pediatrics doctor (10 consults for 14 days)
- COVID Care Kit*
- Priority access to hospital admission (subject to availability)
- Medical certificate upon completion of isolation period
- Package 3: COVID CARE@HOME (P29,500). For patients who are COVID Positive, mild symptomatic with controlled comorbidities, non-oxygen requiring. Package inclusions:
- Complete Blood Count (CBC)
- COVID Panel (CRP, LDH, Ferritin, Di-dimer)
- HbA1c
- Chest CT Scan
- COVID Care Kit*
- Telemedicine consults with Internal Medicine or Pediatrics doctor (10 consults for 14 days)

3. Divine Grace Medical Center (DGMC)
Who can book?
- COVID-19 Patients (Asymptomatic and mild cases) who are on a 14-day home quarantine

Who can book?
Both COVID-19 and non-COVID-19 patients.
Prices and inclusions:
- Doctor home visits (P1,500 above)
- Laboratory exams (P2,800 above)
- COVID-19 testing done by licensed physicians (PCR testing at P7,500 and below, antigen testing at 3,250 and below)
- Online consultations (starting at P500) - both chat and video consults
- Vaccinations (P1,000 above)
- Nursing care (P1,500 above) - AIDE also offers stay in nursing care for COVID patients by registered nurses or caregivers

2. St. Luke's
Who can book?
- Suspected, probable and confirmed COVID-19 cases that are mild and moderate. For severe or critical cases, St. Luke's COVID Telemedicine Team recommends ER consult or give ER referral forms to facilitate ER admission.
Price and inclusions:
- P800 consultation fee, which includes the telemedicine consultation for suspected and confirmed COVID-19 cases. The consultation is done via Google Meet.
How to book and where to call?
- Patients can book an appointment in this link.
- Patients need to present your maintenance medicines, laboratory, chest x-ray, COVID result and other tests you would like to show your doctor.
- Payment details will be provided at the end of the consultation and patients can send their proof of payment via email.
- All prescriptions, medical certificates, laboratory requests will be sent via email after payment confirmation.
