Pregnant influencer Emily Mitchell dies at 36
Emily Mitchell, an influencer and parenting blogger who was pregnant with her fifth child, passed away just before the holidays.
According to a report by E!Online, a fundraising page set up by her family said she died just three days before Christmas.
"Em was having her morning coffee and toast when she suddenly became unresponsive," the fundraising page stated.
"Despite the prompt attention of her children, husband, father and other medical personnel, all valiant efforts to resuscitate were unsuccessful. She went home to be with the Lord. The doctors are still working on answers for her family,” it added.
Mitchell was said to be 16 weeks pregnant when she died, and she was expecting a baby boy named Joey.
She is survived by her husband Joseph Mitchell and their four children Finn, Isla, Eden and Luna.
The mother of four was known for sharing thoughtful advice on pregnancy and parenting on her blog called The Hidden Way.
