Pops Fernandez shows off ageless fit bod at 54 years old

Pops Fernandez showed off her fit bod as she turned 54 years old last Saturday, December 12.

On Instagram, Pops posted a photo of herself clad in a bikini top and shorts showing off her fit bod while she enjoyed a vacation in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur.

"A little dose of sun," Pops wrote in the caption of her post.
