Jackie Forster confidently poses in a bikini: 'I'm not fat, I'm chunky and I'm secure enough with myself'
Jackie Forster spent her 42nd birthday in Boracay with her family and on Instagram, she happily took her followers along, as they swam on the pristine beach, enjoyed paddle boarding, practiced yoga and enjoyed some beachside taho.
But nothing looked better than the celebrant confidently posing in her bikini on a board and basking in all of life's goodness.
"I'm not fat, I'm chunky," Jackie began the empowering caption that accompanied her photo. "And I’m secure enough with myself that even with all my stretch marks and cellulite at 42 with 5 children to still dare to wear bikinis!"
Addressing haters who always seem to leave nasty comments in her Instagram posts, Jackie said, "my heart cannot understand what you want to come of it. You can't hurt me because I'm in a good place in my life and you can't take anything rom me, again, because I'm in a good place in my life."
The happy mom of five advised the haters to practice the pause and pray whenever they left like spewing out vitriol.
"Use that energy instead to do something that sparks passion and purpose in you so you can have something amazing to do with your time rather than putting others down. Yun lang yun."
"If you aren’t happy with yourself - Don’t take it out on others and Do something about it."
