Heart Evangelista answers netizen who asked 'have you done any plastic surgeries?'

Heart Evangelista once and for all straight the record straight with regard to getting any plastic surgeries done.

On her Instagram Stories Monday, Heart entertained a series of questions from fans, including one who asked her, "have you done any plastic surgeries?"

Heart's straightforward answer was: "Never done anything to my face."

The Kapuso Queen of Creative Collaborations said her "eyes and nose etc were made by God. I swear."

Despite clarifying that she hasn't gone under the knife, Heart said she has "nothing against it. In fact, I am for it if ikagaganda mo."

Heart said she had to answer it because she "hates the idea that some people think I'm lying."
