Is it safe to exercise when you have a high blood pressure?
Some say exercising when you have high blood pressure may be bad for you, but how true is this?
In a report on PinoyMD, Oncologist Dr. Isaac David Ampil II said exercising actually normalizes the blood pressure.
Dr. Isaac said exercising, especially cardio and aerobic workouts can strengthen your heart and help it become more capable in delivering the blood all through your body.
However, Dr. Isaac reminded that it's still best to consult a doctor on what exercise fits your situation best.
— Jannielyn Ann Bigtas/LA, GMA News
