Kris Bernal reveals 10-minute ab workout in her latest vlog


For her latest fitness vlog, Kris Bernal revealed the 10-minute workout she's been doing to maintain a toned, strong, and defined abdomen area.

In the video, Kris explained that she wore a swimsuit to show what she has to improve on her body.

"Gusto ko lang din makita ninyo na I'm not perfect, I have stretch marks, pasa, kagat ng lamok... I'm not perfect and actually I'm just embracing my flaws," she said.
 
In the video, Kris shared some of her favorite ab exercises and how to perform them correctly. She also revealed some of her secrets to help achieve sculpted abs.
