Kylie Padilla talks about coping with anxiety, fear amid new normal in series of tweets
Kylie Padilla has taken to social media to talk about coping with anxiety and fear amid the new normal due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“If anxiety and fear is the new norm, be radical and learn the ways you can creatively overcome,” Kylie wrote on Twitter.
The Kapuso star reminded that “it’s not a trend to suffer in silence.”
“It can be debilitating. Nurture your human self, understand and conquer your demons. You are a creature that deserves to be free of that cage,” she added.
Kylie said a person’s purpose “is something innately natural to you and does not cause you stress.”
“It's something you will naturally be pulled toward. It’s something that even if you do not get paid to do it you will be willing to invest your whole being into it. So. what is it?” Kylie added.
Kylie continued and talked about her realization of how “death is inescapable, one must find calm acceptance in life.”
She said she personally “do not want to live in fear or anxiety.”
“Maybe, if I found my true calling I could feel a sense of peace. Regardless of the messiness of the world. How exactly to apply it to my everyday mindset,” she wrote.
Kylie, who had previously been sharing her poems on her Instagram page, said her “poetry has always been chained to the most painful memories that haunt me.”
She admitted that she missed writing “but I am not willing to put myself through a painful history.”
“If I have to learn how to write all over again, then I will. It’s time to unlearn bad habits and welcome new ones,” she ended.
