Preparation is the key and Persistence is the vehicle that will lead you to success. Motivation is optional. This whole journey has been 100% treacherous and 100% satisfying. No shortcuts, no compromise. Just go through it all (struggle, pain, and suffering). I dont want to put before photos anymore because I'm sure you guys have had enough of that. So lets move forward. I mean I would like to keep moving forward away from that. Haha. I've been compiling all my workout routines and I am excited to share them to you. Gonna invite some of you to join me in my workouts as well. This new season will be fun and full of energy. I already lost 50lbs in 5 months. Now I have new goals - reach 10 to 12 percent body fat, Look lean and strong while finishing an ultramarathon, Go back to training MMA, and maybe... TRYathlon. Stick around and see where this takes us.

After unlocking one fitness achievement, Quest has set “new goals” and plans to continue posting updates on his fitness journey.
