Paulina Sotto-Llanes opens up about worries on being pregnant amid COVID-19
Paulina Sotto-Llanes opened up about her worries on being pregnant amid the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
On Instagram, Paulina shared a sonogram photo of her baby girl and confessed that, "Being pregnant during a pandemic has been a crazy, stressful experience."
Because of ECQ restrictions, it took her two long months before she could get a scan or test again.
And when she did — she saw her baby girl through a sonogram — Paulina felt relieved.
"I am so relieved and thankful because she is doing well and perfectly normal. It’s so hard not being able to have my usual check-ups, but I can finally relax knowing she’s progressing right on time. Thank you God."
Paulina continued and said she empathizes with her fellow expecting mothers.
"I feel all your frustrations and anxieties! We just have to trust our bodies and stay healthy," she wrote.
Paulina ended the post with a lighter note and asked her followers. "Does she have my nose and lips or Jed’s?"
In March, Paulina announced that she and husband Jed Llanes are expecting their first child together. — Jannielyn Ann Bigtas/LA, GMA News
