According to Siytangco, Suarez died while playing a tennis game at a court in Ayala Alabang.
The tennis game was part of the tournament that Suarez has been organizing for his birthday for the past 11 years.
He was rushed to the hospital, twenty minutes after he experienced the heart attack.
Last month, the Vatican cleared Suarez over allegations of sexually harassing minors.
