After such a rough start to 2020, we all want as much luck we can get.

Luckily, a feng shui adviser shared some tips on how to improve your luck this year.

1. Stay positive

2020 is the Year of the Metal Rat and according to Johnson Chua, it's best to follow the characteristics of the star zodiac animal.

"We need to follow kung anong character na meron ang rat. The rat is a very positive animal sign. Kaya dapat po, ang tatandaan natin is maging positive din," he told GMA News Online.

What he's been preaching to people this year is to think positive, feel positive, and act positive.

"Kasi di ba 'pag dead end 'yan maghahanap agad siya ng next na butas. So ibig sabihin kapag may na-fi-feel tayong struggle, kailangan mabilis tayong mag-diversify," he said. "And also very positive ang mga rat kasi alam nila kung saan lulusot agad, kung nasaan ang pagkain."

2. Declutter and brighten your home

Let's not forget about enhancing your home's feng shui.

"The other way to increase your luck is by enhancing the feng shui of our place. When you talk about feng shui, it's about energy flow. For example pag sa house, kailangan much more decluttered tayo, dapat much more malinis," Chua advised.

He added that your home should be as bright as possible.

"Ang rat animal signs medyo mahilig sila sa maliwanag. So always dapat maging maliwanag ang place natin," he said.

3. Get a trinity medallion

"Ang pinaka most important lucky charm for the year is the trinity medallion," Chua revealed.

The Trinity Medallion is said to boost one's prosperity luck and success luck.

Since it is also meant to activate your rightful network and attract "noble people," it will be useful for dealing with important transactions and finding new opportunities.

You could also do with a bejeweled ox or bejeweled rooster on your work desk as a luck booster, or a power bracelet for 2020 for an overall enhancer. — LA, GMA News
