Michelle Madrigal is having her breast implants removed. Here's why
Michelle Madrigal, who publicly admitted to having her breasts augmented, announced she's about to have her implants removed.
The former actress just shared the first part of her "explant journey" on her Youtube channel.
"I've had them for 12 years and its about time to remove these toxic babies out," Michelle began, adding "2020 is all about healing and acceptance!"
In the video, she talked candidly about feeling some discomfort and chest pain that got in the way of her regular activities including working out and lying in bed.
But more importantly, as a mother and a wife, Michelle admitted that she made the decision amid fears of any possible illness caused by her implants.
“Yes, in my younger years I only cared about my looks, trying to look cute, whatever, trying to boost up your confidence," she stated.
“But I'm just in a different phase in my life now. I've accepted myself for who I am."
Michelle also "talked about her boobs" on IG, where she detailed she's going to have the explant surgery on December 10th.
Urging her followers to join her in her "explant journey," Michelle said: "We all have different reasons as to why we get them. 12 years ago, it was all about vanity and boosting my confidence. They no longer serve me and my lifestyle. This is my story."
