How Lovi Poe maintains her fit and toned body despite no strict diet
Whether it's in Samal Island or in Siargao, Lovi Poe has proved that her fit and toned body is to die for.
On an episode of "Tunay na Buhay" on Wednesday, Lovi revealed that she doesn't have a strict diet and eats whatever she wants. She does, however, have a workout routine that has proven to be quite effective.
If she has a shoot at 7 in the morning, Lovi can be seen up and about at 3:30 a.m. just to be able to workout in the morning.
"Minsan call time ko is 6 or 7 ng umaga so 3:30 a.m. gising na ako so 4 to 5 a.m. nagwoworkout ako. Then 6 to 7 a.m., on my way to work na ako," the actress said.
The reason why she's more toned now than ever is because she's been doing pilates for more than a year.
She said, "Nakakatulong sa may back problems kaya very good siya."
"Hindi ako magaling sa diet. I eat anything I want that's why I work extra hard kasi alam kong mas pipiliin kong kumain ng madami," Lovi added. —Kaela Malig/JST, GMA News
